Róisín Saunier Managing Director and Senior Consultant Nationality: Irish
Róisín Saunier is a cross-cultural consultant with over 20 years’ international experience. Following a career in business communication training, in 1995, she helped Globalink Inc. to establish their European offices and held several senior management roles with that company. In 1998, Róisín joined Lernout & Hauspie as a senior consultant. In addition to offering advisory services to government ministries and multinational organizations, she coordinated an international technology joint venture. Róisín teaches cross-cultural management at the universities of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (Paris) and Blaise Pascal (Clermont-Ferrand). She holds an MA in linguistics and language technologies from the University of Nanterre, a diploma in cultural studies from the Sorbonne University and is a certified TOEFL trainer. Her executive coach training was with George Renwick at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication. She has lived and worked in Ireland, the UK, Bahrain and France and has travelled to over 30 countries. Bilingual in English and French, she also speaks Spanish. |

Guy Trolliet Senior Consultant Nationality: French
Guy Trolliet est consultant et formateur pour les pays arabo-musulmans de la Méditerranée et du golfe Persique. Il est aussi Coach en management. Il a mené auparavant une carrière de Directeur Financier à l’international dans le tourisme et les services travaillant pour des Américains (Choice Hotels International), des Anglais (Brent Walker Plc), des Libanais (Trans Mediterranean Airways) et des Saoudiens (groupe JJ France) en France, pour des Français (chaîne Le Méridien) aux Émirats Arabes Unis et en Angleterre. Il a aussi été Chargé d’Affaires internationales au Groupe La Poste. Il a dirigé des équipes multiculturelles en Europe ainsi qu’au Moyen-Orient, où il a vécu 27 ans, étant né Français au Liban. Il a ainsi travaillé avec des personnes de quasiment l’ensemble des pays arabes. Il a été souvent confronté à des situations d’intégration et de développement d’équipes suite à des opérations de croissance externe ou interne, impliquant un changement de nationalité au niveau de la société-mère ou de l’entreprise rachetée. Il détient une maîtrise en Sciences Économiques de l’Université de Lyon, un équivalent MBA en Management Hôtelier International de ESSEC/CORNELL, et un diplôme de Management des entreprises de réseau de l’ENSPTT (niveau I, Ministère de l’Économie et des Finances). Il prépare actuellement un Master en islamologie à l’École Pratique des Hautes Études (Sorbonne). Formé au coaching à l’IFOD, il est trilingue avec l’anglais et l’arabe. Il est également certifié analyste des styles de comportement basé sur le modèle DISC par Success Insights International Inc. Jeune, il a effectué plusieurs périples routiers entre le Liban et la France, de deux à trois mois chacun, lui faisant découvrir des cultures diverses et variées, ce qui lui a donné le goût de l’interculturalité. |

Isabelle Bermijn Riggio Senior Consultant Nationality: Belgian
Isabelle Bermijn Riggio has more than 15 years of experience with India, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Interested in India from an early age, Isabelle went to study Indian Languages and Culture in Belgium before moving to India to perfect her knowledge. While studying in Delhi University and in Benares University, Isabelle lived with Indian families, thus acquiring a unique insight into the country, the people and their thinking. Her PhD research at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) brought her back to India. After working as a representative for a Belgian tour operator in India and Nepal, in 1998 Isabelle opted for a career in the International Committee of the Red Cross, initially as a Hindi-Urdu interpreter in India. After two years, she moved on to becoming a delegate in Eritrea and Gaza, before taking over the post of coordinator in DR Congo and Sri Lanka. Because of her specific knowledge of South Asian languages and cultures, Isabelle also carried out missions in Nepal and in Pakistan. While studying and working in India and Sri Lanka, Isabelle regularly assisted friends, colleagues and their families to adapt to their new life by introducing them into South Asian culture and customs. Her career with the ICRC gave Isabelle ample experience of working in and managing intercultural teams and taught her how to find solutions for “intercultural” problems. Isabelle also has experience working as a a freelance journalist and photographer in India, contributing articles on current and social affairs. She works in English, French, Hindi, Urdu and her mother tongue, Dutch.

Jérôme Dumetz Senior Consultant Nationality: French
Born in France, Jérôme Dumetz has more than 10 years of experience with Russia. He has been working as the only foreigner in a state-owned organization with thousands of employees for many years. His deep knowledge of Russian culture and management stems from his MBA lectures with young Russian professionals and from his numerous cross-cultural projects in Russia. He has organized major cross-cultural trainings for foreign and Russian corporations in Russia such as Enel, Microsoft, Total, Leroy-Merlin, NaDom, or Bonlife and runs cross-cultural managerial coaching for managers in companies such as JP Morgan, PepsiCo, Danone, SCA, Alcoa, or BP. Jérôme combines his solid business experience in many countries with academic works in the field of cross-cultural management. In cooperation with Fons Trompenaars, he conducted exclusive research about modern Russian business management. He is teaching his specialty in various business schools such as the Plekhanov Academy and Aibec in Russia but also ESSEC, ESCE or IAE Aix in France, FH Steyr in Austria, VSE in Prague or FH Wuerzburg in Germany. |
